Marketing Lead: Sponsorships & Events Growth

AON PLC is recruiting a Marketing Lead – Sponsorship and Events to drive sponsorship partnerships and events across the UK and Ireland. You’ll coordinate the events calendar, manage budgets, and maintain strong partner relationships, working with Heads of Marketing across regions.

The role emphasizes developing sponsorship packages, evaluating commercial value, and delivering end-to-end event programmes including exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and internal events.
