Outdoor Plants Manager & Display Lead

D Stewart & Son Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Outdoor Plants department at our Christchurch Garden Centre. You will rely on exceptional horticultural knowledge and a passion for plants to advise customers, manage stock, and create engaging displays that drive sales.

You will coach and develop team members, plan seasonal layouts, coordinate with buyers, and ensure high standards of plant quality, health, and safety while delivering outstanding customer service.
