Area Manager — 11-Pub District in Luxury Hospitality

Mitchells & Butlers plc, operating Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Area Manager to lead a district of 11 premium pubs across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. You’ll inspire teams, drive guest experiences and deliver strong results daily.

You’ll manage about 350 colleagues across 11 sites, coach and mentor managers, develop talent, and foster a culture of excellent food, drink and service while maintaining safety and high standards.
