Building Safety Surveyor – Hybrid (Fire & Compliance)

Principal People are partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit a Building Safety Surveyor as part of its Building Compliance team. This hybrid role covers Surrey and the surrounding area, with no overnight stays and a clear focus on resident safety and compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you’ll manage fire safety, water hygiene and HRBs, review risk assessments, inspect sites and drive contractor performance while shaping the future of the Building
