Overview

In this role you will join a respected national insurance team to advise on professional indemnity matters with a focus on construction. You will work with insurer clients on coverage disputes, policy wordings and potential recoveries, across a range of classes of business. The role suits both junior and senior candidates who have solid experience handling complex insurance matters within construction. You will collaborate with top-tier colleagues to deliver clear, practical coverage solutions and robust negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on coverage disputes and policy wordings in construction-related matters
• Manage claims notifications and presentations to insurers

Key requirements

• Experience with complex insurance matters
• Specialist knowledge of coverage advice in construction
• Good academic record
• Experience at a reputable competitor law firm
• PQE between 1 and 5 or 6+
