SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Role in Sunderland

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Sunderland secondary school from September 2026. This full-time, long-term role supports students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create an inclusive learning environment.

The role involves 1:1 and small group support, helping students access lessons, develop independence and achieve personal and academic goals, with a focus on ASD/ADHD and communication needs.
