ARC are currently looking for a HR Generalist.
We are recruiting for an established, privately owned business with over 40 years’ experience delivering high-quality services within the social housing sector.
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor to join the team and work closely with the Head of HR, managers and senior leadership. This is a varied, hands‑on role covering the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations and payroll support.
For this position, you must be able to do the following:
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Lead recruitment for white-collar positions.
- Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence processes.
- Assist with appraisals, inductions, interviews and exit interviews.
- Coordinate annual leave and absence records.
- Support payroll, including timesheets, overtime, mileage, OOH payments and pensions.
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider and assist with reconciliation.
- Ensure HR processes remain compliant with current legislation.
