East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in East Sussex is seeking an experienced Lead AHP to provide visible, compassionate leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, high-quality care. This 8a Lead AHP role is fixed-term/secondment, 37.5 hours per week, with out-of-hours roster.
You will drive governance, patient safety and quality improvement, lead workforce development, and collaborate with AHP, nursing and medical leaders to improve services and pathways.
