CT-4496; Project Analyst/Consultant – Data Migration Readiness Planning

Do you have experience of providing implementation planning, and data migration readiness, on a data migration project?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading financial services company, in planning for a data migration. This role will report into the Implementation Manager with a specific focus on migration readiness and the alignment of business and technical migration activities.

The project needs a hands‑on consultant who has:

• implementation planning experience
• experience producing run‑books and schedules of events
• strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• release management experience

Key services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

• document the integrated Schedule of Events for the migration
• establish the Command and Control structure
• prepare Migration Implementation Deliverables – Readiness Criteria, Success Criteria, Event Communications, Event Rotas
• support Release Management Governance – Clash Management and Change Records

Mandatory Requirements:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

• previous experience producing run‑books or schedules of events
• stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams
• experience documenting and aligning migration activities
• release management experience

Working Pattern:

Remote (UK based)

Contract Type: Inside IR35
