Retail Floor Lead: Openings, Service & Team Growth

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a frontline retail team member to lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resource to Serve, Sell and Fill and help lead the floor when the Colleague Manager is absent.

You will allocate resources to deliver a smooth payment experience, maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store, and model strong customer service and M&S behaviours across the team.
