Disability North in York is seeking a caring Personal Assistant / Support Worker to provide overnight care for a 7-year-old boy at home.
You will help with snacks, personal care, bedtime routine, and staying awake to reassure him if he wakes. Experience with autism and pica is valued, as is a flexible, patient approach.
The role involves using total communication with non-speaking children and collaborating with the family to create a calm, supportive environment.
