The Opportunity
A growing engineering consultancy is looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to join its Liverpool team. You will lead civil engineering delivery across commercial, education, healthcare, residential and leisure developments, including major multi-million-pound projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead drainage, SuDS, highways and development infrastructure design
- Oversee projects from feasibility through detailed design and delivery
- Prepare and review Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies
- Provide technical review and guidance across the civils team
- Manage client relationships, programmes and project delivery
- Mentor engineers and technicians
- Support the continued development of the civil engineering team
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong UK development infrastructure consultancy experience
- Technical capability across drainage, SuDS and highways
- Experience with Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, PDS or Site 3D
- Strong project and client management capability
- Chartered or working towards Chartership
