Internal Communications ManagerSalary depending on experience 12 Month FTC with an early January startHybrid / Folkestone
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join a well-established team to fully own the end-to-end internal communication plan, partnering closely with stakeholders across our organisation.
This is a critical role in shaping how we communicate internally to all our colleagues across the business units and ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to future business priorities.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office.
Role Responsibility
The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with the People Director of Group to deliver an engaging Internal Comms Strategy across the whole of Saga. The key areas of responsibility will be;
Own and deliver Sagas internal communications plan, balancing priorities and competing demands.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, providing trusted communications advice and helping shape the right messages for different audiences.
Lead internal communications for business change initiatives and transformation.
Bring our plans to life through engaging communications, company-wide meetings and events.
Manage, coach and develop a small, well-established team of internal communications and event specialists, providing clarity, direction and support.
Business Partnering managers and leaders across the business to support with timely and helpful comms.
Setting direction for the team and ensuring plans are clear and achievable.
Ensuring high-quality execution across all channels.
Delivering colleague listening initiatives and feedback loops.
The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for an experienced internal communications professional who can combine strategic thinking with excellent execution.
Youll have:
Previous experience in internal corporate comms, PR or marketing.
Strong experience developing and delivering internal engagement strategies.
Able to advise Senior Leadership teams on the tone of voice internally with the ability to tailor messages for a diverse internal audience across Saga.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to bring everything from colleague stories and engagement content to business announcements and change communications to life.
Experience managing, coaching and developing a team.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and influence key stakeholders across Saga.
A genuine interest in people, culture and the role great communication plays in bringing a business together.
