In this role you will lead the Lewisham & Southwark domiciliary care service, ensuring exceptional care quality while driving growth. Responsibilities
- oversee day-to-day office operations
- maintain highest standard of domiciliary care
- drive growth and development of the care service
- lead and train the care team

- participate in on-call rota and handle multiple priorities
Key requirements
- proven track record in leading teams to deliver high-quality domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent
- strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- commercial awareness and drive to develop care services
