Overview
In this role you will own the Partner and Supplier toolkit product, shaping experiences for colleagues and suppliers to deliver value to customers. You’ll work within Tesco’s Supplier and Partner Product team to drive lasting change and measurable outcomes, collaborating with UX, engineering, analytics and programme teams. The focus is on research-driven, outcome-led delivery that solves real user needs. You will have opportunities for line management and will operate in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment that values collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities
- Own a product with multiple stakeholders and drive strategy and execution
- Collaborate with research, design, analytics, and engineering to solve real business needs
- Relentlessly measure and communicate value to stakeholders
- Be part of a wider product team with shared goals and be ready to help as needed
- Demonstrate product features to diverse audiences inside and outside the team
- Document and explain requirements to engineering using user stories, personas and acceptance tests; break down epics into deliverable chunks
- Be accountable for product performance and adoption with goals to improve it
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Drive acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with product and engineering stakeholders

Key requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager
- Experience with A/B tests and quantitative optimization
- Knowledge of product management best practices and methodologies; strong technical acumen
- Experience with User Research/Design Thinking concepts
- Proficiency with backlog prioritisation tools and techniques; ability to derive insights from data
- Broad knowledge of relevant technologies to product management
- Knowledge of current software development methodologies and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, methodical problem solver
