Global Finance Manager – Hands-On Growth & Controls

Goodman Masson in Reading is supporting a fast-growing tech business expanding internationally. The Finance Manager will be hands-on, responsible for month-end close, controls, and governance while driving process improvements across multiple entities.

The role offers a daily rate of £400-£450 (inside IR35) or £77,000 when permanent, with 2-3 days per week in the office and an ASAP start with up to four weeks’ notice.
