BJAK is seeking an SMF16 Compliance Oversight Director to lead regulatory strategy, risk governance, and compliance operations for its UK market entry and expansion. The role involves acting as the primary contact with the FCA and building frameworks from scratch to support fast-scaling digital financial services.
