Overview
In this role you will provide on-site QHSE guidance to ensure safe, compliant delivery of services within a high-stakes contract. You’ll partner with operations to embed a strong QHSE culture, drive risk reduction, and keep pace with health, safety and environmental legislation. This position offers development within a supportive team and the chance to influence safety outcomes on a high-profile contract.

Responsibilities
- Provide competent QHSE advice to on-site teams to enable safe, compliant service delivery
- Promote a positive QHSE culture and drive continuous improvement across the contract
- Review, update and maintain risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation
- Support incident investigations, audits and inspections with tracked and closed-out actions
- Stay up-to-date with legislation and best practice and share knowledge with colleagues
Key requirements
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety (or equivalent), inc. CDM
- Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Ability to prepare, review and understand risk assessments and method statements
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g. nuclear, construction or similar)
- Proactive and approachable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to learn and develop QHSE standards on site
- Knowledge of risk assessments and method statements
- Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Incident investigations, audits and inspections
