Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager for nationwide coverage of commercial offices in the UK. You will lead the Management discipline, overseeing premises compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Reporting to the Director of SHEQ, you will manage contractors, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and report to senior leadership. A strong IWFM or equivalent qualification and extensive FM experience are essential.
