Active Support Worker – Driving Role, Flexible Shifts

Dimensions is looking for a calm, proactive Support Worker to join our team in Shifnal, supporting two adults in their 30s with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves a mix of 1:1 and shared support, building trusted relationships and helping individuals live independently.

Shifts include early, late, long days and sleep-ins with a flexible schedule. You’ll be part of a supportive environment with training, career progression and a focus on wellbeing.
