Job Description n Technical Support Agent – CCTV & Security Systems – Temp-to-Perm n We’re recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a growing security technology business based in Bradford (BD7) . n This office-based role will involve providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting CCTV and alarm systems, and handling inbound and outbound support calls. n What we’re looking for: n n Experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred) n Knowledge of alarm and security systems n Previous technical support, helpdesk or service desk experience n Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills n n What’s on offer: n n £14.00 – £17.00 per hour n Temp-to-perm opportunity n Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm n Office-based role in Bradford (BD7) n Supportive team environment n n If you have experience supporting CCTV or security systems and enjoy solving technical issues, we’d love to hear from you. n Send your CV
