Seasonal Customer Care Advisor – Onsite, Christmas Peak

Whittard of Chelsea is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to join the Milton Park team in Abingdon. The role is fully onsite, operating 9am–5pm, with overtime and Saturdays from late November through Christmas, and key trading days including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

You will handle calls, emails, and live chats, taking orders and upselling where appropriate, while delivering warm, thoughtful service as a brand ambassador.
