Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Package Overview

Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of a wide range of air conditioning systems
• Perform service, maintenance, and repair work across commercial sites
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
• Take responsibility for the quality of work delivered on‑site
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Complete all relevant job documentation accurately
• Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team

Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning service and installation
• F‑Gas Category 1 certification (Essential)
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer‑facing skills
• Experience working within commercial environments (offices, gyms, retail, etc.)
