Logistics Ops Executive — Customer Experience & Solutions

Shift Lakeside is seeking an Operations Executive to enhance customer and driver experience. You will help solve immediate issues and contribute to shaping long-term improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This full-time role requires working any 5 out of 7 days, with a salary of £26,500 to £28,000 per annum. You will collaborate with internal teams, handle queries by phone and email, and ensure service standards meet SLAs while driving process improvements.
