Job Description n User Researcher – Contract Opportunity – BPSS Required n We’re currently recruiting for an experienced User Researcher to join a public sector programme delivering user-centred digital services. n This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, conducting research that directly influences service design and delivery. n Key Details n n £300-£325 per day n Immediate start n Mostly remote n 1 day per month onsite in Newcastle n Public sector environment n SFIA Level 4 role n Initial contract with extension potential n n Requirements n n Proven experience conducting qualitative user research across the service life cycle n Ability to plan, manage and deliver research activities independently n Experience synthesising findings and communicating insights to stakeholders n Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills n Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary teams n Public sector or government experience desirable n n Responsibilities n n Design and deliver user research activities n Conduct interviews, usability testing and other research methods n Analyse research findings and present actionable recommendations n Support service teams in making evidence-based decisions n Champion user-centred design principles across the programme n n The client is looking to move quickly, with interviews taking place immediately. n To be considered, please apply with your latest CV as soon as possible.
