Chief Compliance & MLRO – Regulatory Oversight Leader

The Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Mphasis UK Ltd will provide independent oversight of the firm’s regulatory compliance and AML/CTF controls, including Consumer Duty, SMF16 and SMF17 (subject to FCA approval).

You will lead the second-line compliance function, oversee outsourced activities, advise the Board, monitor regulatory developments, and champion a culture of integrity and regulatory awareness across the business in Watford.
