Director, Global Payroll Compliance & Regulatory Strategy

Rippling People Center Inc. seeks a Director to own the Global Payroll Compliance function, embedding 1-2 Product Compliance experts per premium country. You will shape the operating model, drive regulatory monitoring, and ensure payroll accuracy across markets while partnering with R&D, TaxOps, Support, and Legal.

You will lead a distributed team, write specs, review designs with engineers, and guide the compliance roadmap. This is a build/run leadership role spanning multiple jurisdictions.
