Overview
In this role you help deliver evidence-based decisions by reporting student management information. You will support the Student Data team with dashboard design and development and push toward automation and self-service. You work closely with the Strategic Planning and Performance directorate to inform university planning and performance initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape data-enabled insights across City St George’s and contribute to student success.

Responsibilities
- Support reporting of student management information for internal audiences
- Assist design and development of data dashboards
- Contribute to the move to automation and self-service within the Student Data team
- Provide managerial information on City St George’s students as needed
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate insights from data analyses
Key requirements
- Experience with student record systems (e.g., SITS)
- Data analysis experience and ability to deliver high-quality reports
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and clear communication
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
