Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will bridge business needs and technical solutions for an investment technology platform. You’ll engage with clients to understand operating models, workflows, and data challenges, translating them into effective solutions across the investment lifecycle. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to discuss complex investment processes and IBOR considerations in front-to-back office contexts. This is a client-facing, problem-solving role in a tech-led environment with a focus on investment data and operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ operating models, investment workflows and data challenges
• Translate business requirements into solutions on a modern investment platform
• Discuss complex Investment Management processes with senior stakeholders
• Apply deep knowledge of Investment Lifecycle, Investment Operations and IBOR to deliver outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment

Key requirements

• Strong Investment Management and Investment Operations knowledge
• Solid understanding of IBOR environments
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
• Ability to discuss and map complex investment processes for senior stakeholders
• Comfort working in a technology-led setting; role focuses more on domain knowledge than on advanced technical skills
