Salesforce Senior Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Defining and governing the end-to-end Salesforce test strategy, QA framework, and governance across programmes and releases
• Managing the full testing lifecycle: SIT, E2E, Regression, Performance, UAT
• Leading testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) and custom platforms
• Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrating into CI/CD
• Monitoring test progress, quality metrics, defect trends, release readiness, and risk, with stakeholder reporting
• Driving continuous improvement in testing practices, controls, automation coverage, and delivery standards

Key requirements

• Strong experience leading test management and QA across complex Salesforce programmes
• Expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, governance, defect management, and release readiness
• Experience implementing automated testing solutions, including Copado Robotic Testing or similar
• High-level technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms, integrations, data migration, and custom app development
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments with multiple workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities to influence across technical and business teams
• Delivery leadership experience would be advantageous
