Salesforce Test Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead testing efforts for Salesforce projects, shaping QA practices across agile delivery teams. You’ll coordinate multi-stream testing, partner with product owners and developers to ensure quality outcomes, and push test automation via Copado Robotic Testing. This is a hands-on leadership position that values continuous improvement and collaboration to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. You’ll contribute to a culture of innovation and learning while driving confidence in releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across Salesforce projects and agile teams to ensure quality outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts across System Integration, End-to-End, Regression, UAT and Smoke testing
• Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security, automation, and custom developments against requirements
• Design and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to boost regression coverage and CI/CD delivery
• Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritisation, resolution tracking, retesting, and deployment readiness
• Provide testing leadership, quality reporting, and stakeholder updates throughout testing and release cycles

Key requirements

• Strong experience leading testing across Salesforce projects, releases, or transformation programmes
• Experience testing Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom Salesforce apps
• Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, QA methodologies, and release validation
• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or similar test automation tools and frameworks
• Ability to lead testing independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery practices and software testing best practices
