Client Care Concierge at Mental Health Clinic

The Soke is seeking a Client Care Co-Ordinator to join its Greater London clinics in Chelsea and Wimbledon. This on-site contract role is the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and by email while maintaining a calm, professional approach.

You will schedule appointments, update records, and coordinate with clinical staff to keep reception and waiting areas running smoothly, while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.
