Overview
In this role you advise and partner with Delivery Service Partners to help them start and grow profitable last-mile operations within Amazon Logistics. You’ll guide DSPs across planning, safety, compliance, and performance, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles, optimize capacity, and ensure high standards. This position blends field engagement with strategic influence to drive DSP success and safe, reliable operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure safety compliance across DSPs
- Guide DSP owners to scale operations and address operational issues, enabling ramp-up for peak periods
- Support onboarding and launch for net-new DSPs
- Coach and upskill teams on AMZL tools and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve customer metrics and operational efficiency
- Promote consistent application of Last Mile processes and challenge related UTR processes
- Coach for compliant, safe, high-performing DSPs and analyze SLS metrics
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive network-level improvements
- Develop durable relationships with DSP partners and manage sentiment
- Communicate alignment between DSPs and OTR partners
- Represent DSPs within AMZL, protecting brand image through better driver standards
- Collaborate on ramp plans and pipeline goals to meet peak volume demands
Key requirements
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders across teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
- Experience with third-party vendors or reliability/maintenance environments
- Experience managing a contingent workforce during peak seasons
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in account management or managing customer relationships
