Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of commercial property matters (sales & acquisitions, refinancing, lease transactions)
- Handle promotion agreements, options, and renewable energy projects
- Work on pension property and rural land matters
- Manage own caseload with minimal supervision
- Support colleagues on larger or more complex transactions
- Deliver practical, commercial advice to clients
- Participate in team meetings and firm-wide initiatives
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in commercial property
- Broad experience across a range of property matters
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
