Overview
In this Clinical Specialist role, you provide expert technical support during DBS and SCS implantations and follow-up, working with NHS and private hospitals to ensure best-in-class care. You will troubleshoot complex device programming and help deliver regional training while building strong hospital relationships. You contribute to the neuromodulation strategy and operate across multiple sites with travel. This is a field-based opportunity offering development and meaningful patient care impact.

Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support to customers during implantation and follow-up
- Perform complex device programming troubleshooting independently
- Assist in planning and delivering regional customer education/training events
- Develop understanding of regional account objectives and strategy
- Build strong, professional relationships in hospital settings
- Support regional neuromodulation business strategy with implantation cover as agreed with leadership
Key requirements
- BSc degree
- Experience in medical devices industry or experience as physiotherapist/pain nurse transitioning to industry
- Knowledge of UK healthcare market
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Familiarity with clinic setting and OR procedures (preferred)
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
- Strong communication skills
