Job Description n Our client is a leading financial services provider based in the North of England. We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across the Business, translating our strategic ambition into workforce requirements, shaping the organization and building the capabilities needed for the future n Role Purpose n The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Commercial will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across revenue-generating and performance-driven departments (eg, Operations, Trading, Marketing). n This role focuses on driving business performance through people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives, enhancing productivity, and enabling leadership capability. n Key Responsibilities n Strategic Business Partnering n n Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with departmental commercial goals n Provide insight and challenge to improve organisational performance and efficiency n Support business growth initiatives through workforce planning and talent strategy n n Performance & Talent Management n n Drive performance management frameworks focused on measurable business outcomes n Support leaders in setting KPIs, managing underperformance, and developing high performers n Identify critical roles and build succession and talent pipelines n n Commercial Workforce Planning n n Analyse headcount, productivity, and revenue-per-employee metrics n Develop workforce plans aligned with growth targets and budget constraints n Advise on organisational design to optimise team performance n n Leadership & Capability Development n n Coach managers on performance leadership, accountability, and team effectiveness n Design and implement development initiatives for high-impact roles n Strengthen leadership capability in driving business results n n Data-Driven Decision Making n n Use HR analytics to provide insights on performance, attrition, and engagement n Translate data into actionable recommendations for business leaders n Monitor impact of HR initiatives on commercial outcomes n n Change & Transformation n n Support organisational change initiatives linked to business transformation n Ensure effective communication and adoption of new structures or strategies n Drive a high-performance, results-oriented culture n n Essential Requirements n n Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial or revenue-driven environment n At least 4+ years relevant HR experience n Strong understanding of performance management and organisational effectiveness n Experience supporting Operations, Trading, Marketing, or similar business functions n Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change n Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent n n Desirable n n Experience in financial services or similar environments. n Knowledge of workforce analytics tools and HR systems n CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent n Experience in high-growth or international organisations n n Benefits n n Competitive salary and performance-based discretionary bonus n Pension scheme n Professional development and training support n n Project People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
