Overview
In this role you will support the Strategic Planning and Performance Unit to enable evidence-based decision-making across the university. You will work with the planning team to provide market intelligence, assess new programme viability, and contribute to annual planning rounds. You will develop and maintain the Tableau-based BI platform to deliver clear insights to stakeholders. This position offers the chance to shape university strategy through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Support annual planning with market intelligence and viability analysis for new programmes
- Collaborate with the planning team to enable university operations and BI development
- Develop and maintain the Tableau BI platform to support evidence-based decision making
- Produce high-quality reports and dashboards communicating clear insights
- Conduct data analysis and benchmarking including NSS and OfS data
Key requirements
- Experience in data analysis / business intelligence
- Proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau
- Ability to deliver reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
