Overview

In this role you will own the active management of UK and European real estate investments, driving performance and long‑term value. You will collaborate with operating partners, advisers, and internal teams to execute leasing, capex, ESG initiatives, and value creation. You’ll manage asset KPIs, budgets, cash flows, and variance analyses, updating financial models to guide portfolio decisions. You will contribute to budgets, reporting, and investment materials, while supporting decision making with market and economic research. This role offers exposure to senior professionals and a clear path to impact across a diversified, cross‑border portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own active management of assigned real estate investments across UK and Europe, focusing on performance and value creation
  • Collaborate with operating partners, advisers, and service providers on leasing, capex, ESG, and operations
  • Manage asset-level KPIs, budgets, cash flows, leasing progress, and variance against plans
  • Regularly update financial models with actuals, revised assumptions, forecasts and scenarios
  • Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly reporting, valuation processes, and lender/investor materials
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership highlighting drivers, risks, and next steps
  • Conduct market, sector, and economic research to inform decisions at asset and portfolio level
  • Support the oversight of operating partners, property managers, leasing agents, and valuers
  • Drive reporting, data quality, and the use of technology, dashboards, and AI tools across the portfolio

Key requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or related roles
  • Degree from a leading university or equivalent
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; understanding of IRR, NPV, waterfalls, and debt financing
  • Direct exposure to value-add strategies is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Structured thinker with problem-solving and growth mindset
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a pan-European team
