In this role, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a friendly Taunton team. You’ll contribute to a growing department as part of a long-term expansion, collaborating closely with clients, agents and lenders. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, and registered/unregistered titles
• Assist with new build work (advantageous but not essential) and optional light commercial property work
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Supervise junior staff where appropriate (desirable)
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
