Senior Licensing & Policy Lead (Public Health)

Mid Devon Council District is seeking a Senior Licensing Officer to lead licensing activities within the Public Health Team. The role requires applying licensing policy, guidance and legislation across a range of matters and supporting policy formulation and implementation.

As the escalation point, you will guide hearing procedures, prepare reports, and present recommendations to Licensing and Regulatory Committees. Strong communication, team leadership and partner engagement are essential.
