Development Management Lead – Flexible Hours

Orkney Islands Council in Kirkwall is seeking a Service Manager, Development Management to lead the development management team and drive delivery of a wide range of planning applications. The role is based at Council Offices, Kirkwall, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm pattern and options for flexible working where possible.

The post reports to the Head of Planning and Regulatory Services and carries a generous salary of £62,908–£68,529 per year, with relocation support and interview expenses.
