Investment Manager

Overview

In this Investment Manager role, you will support the management and growth of commercial real estate investments in Central London on behalf of shareholders and third-party investors. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, manage asset strategies, and maintain investor communications. The position offers impact by shaping asset performance, due diligence, and market-facing activities that drive portfolio value. You will operate within a dynamic, real estate investment context and engage with managing agents and external advisors to execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in acquisitions and disposals of assets
• Develop and implement asset strategies
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting of opportunities
• Coordinate due diligence, financing discussions, and advisor relationships
• Support leasing and asset management activities ( renewals, regears, rent reviews, new leases )
• Monitor business plans, budgets, and performance with finance teams
• Maintain market relationships and report on market conditions
• Support investor and shareholder reporting and strategy sessions
• Oversee day-to-day management matters for allocated assets with managing agents
