Site Agent: Tunnel Shaft & Microtunnelling Lead

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project near Winchester. You will take responsibility for Phase 2 works, report to the Project Team and help ensure safe, efficient delivery on site.

The ideal candidate will have shaft sinking expertise, experience with segmental shafts, microtunnelling, RAMS preparation, and ability to produce look-ahead programmes while managing plant, materials and resources to meet targets and maintain quality and safety
