Night Shift RN – Labor & Delivery: High-Impact Care

OhioHealth’s Labor and Delivery Unit seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7 department. The RN is accountable to follow the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate.

The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with leadership in process improvement and teamwork within a High Reliability Organization framework.
