Overview
In this role you will lead client relationships and project delivery for Map Project Office, ensuring initiatives align with scope, timeline and budget. You’ll work closely with senior creative teams to turn briefs into commercially viable solutions while growing accounts. You will shape how projects are managed, from brief to completion, and drive growth opportunities across the studio. This role combines client leadership with finance-minded project oversight in a collaborative, design-driven environment. You’ll contribute to Map’s culture by mentoring teammates and championing cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from brief to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget
- Act as primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop commercially viable responses to briefs
- Create clear proposals and scopes of work with creative partners
- Monitor project health, revenue, and pipeline; report to Growth Director
- Identify account growth opportunities and support new business activity
- Lead new business conversations, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses with senior creatives
- Manage financials including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and change control
- Coordinate with Resource Manager to staff projects and maintain margins
- Ensure high-standard project administration (agendas, notes, plans, POs)
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
- Contribute to shaping Map’s studio culture
Key requirements
- Proven experience as Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a creative/branding/agency
- Strong multi-workstream project management capabilities
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management
- Commercial mindset with strong budgeting/financial acumen
- Experience collaborating with creative teams
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
