Store Operations Leader & People Coach

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to oversee daily store operations in a fast-moving environment. You will lead a small management team, coach staff to deliver excellent service, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining operational standards.

In this role you will handle performance management, scheduling, and absence issues, with responsibilities extending to occasional support for nearby stores.
