Job Description n We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to lead the technical design, integration and delivery of a global HR systems platform. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, overseeing integrations, configuration, data migration and technical delivery while ensuring long term system stability. n Key responsibilities: n n Lead technical architecture and solution design for HR systems n Manage integrations, APIs and third party systems n Oversee configuration, data migration, testing and releases n Establish effective BAU support and operational processes n Ensure strong security, governance and data protection controls n Work closely with HR, IT, architecture and external implementation partners n n About you: n n Strong HRIS technical experience n Must have strong SAP SuccessFactors experience n Proven experience with integrations, APIs and global platforms n Experience delivering HR technology transformation programmes n Strong understanding of security, governance and compliance n Excellent stakeholder and communication skills n Comfortable working across international teams and multiple priorities n n This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing a scalable, globally integrated HR technology environment.
