Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Family Law team in Swindon
- Manage a caseload of private divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
- Supervise and mentor team members
- Collaborate with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives
- Support training and development within the department
- Drive business development and marketing activities
- Maintain high standards of client care and legal service
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in private family law
- Strong experience in complex family matters and advocacy
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Leadership skills and a desire to build a team from the ground up
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
