Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead Cost and Tendering

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Cost Manager to take day-to-day delivery responsibility for projects across construction, real estate and infrastructure from Edinburgh.

You will prepare budgets, cost plans, client reports, and manage risk and value, while leading teams and growing client relationships. MRICS or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience are required, with strong IT skills and knowledge of JCT/NEC.
