Music Audience Growth Lead

Fontana, part of Universal Music UK, is seeking an Audience Lead to develop long-term audience strategies for a roster of artists. You will work closely with Marketing, A&R, Creative and Direct-to-Fan teams to ensure every fan touchpoint on campaigns is intentional and impactful.

You will advise on the label’s strategy and audience approach for the wider roster while building sustainable fan growth and engaging digital experiences across platforms.
